Privacy Policy

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Services.

• Waitlist email. When you join the waitlist we store the email address you submit so we can notify you at launch and send product updates.
• Account data. When Antika Circuit launches and you create an account, we collect your name, email, authentication credentials and the circuits and projects you save.
• Payment data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (plan, status, last four digits, country) but never your full card number.
• Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) that measure page performance and traffic without cookies or advertising identifiers.
• Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security and debugging.

• Provide, operate and secure the Services.
• Notify waitlist members and send product updates you request.
• Process subscriptions and payments.
• Improve performance and fix problems.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process data under these bases: performance of a contract (providing the Services), your consent (waitlist and marketing emails), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and legal obligations.

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• Stripe — payment processing.

We may also disclose data if required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify you.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer period is required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@antikalabs.com. You may also unsubscribe from any email using the link it contains.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it. Users between 13 and the age of majority should have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the Services.

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
