Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

When accounts become available, you are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights while using the Services.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems.
• Upload malware or content you have no right to share.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without our permission.

You retain ownership of the circuits, designs and other content you create with the Services (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.

The Services, including software, designs, branding and documentation, are owned by Antika Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services under these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans (such as Pro and Team) are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Antika Circuit may be offered as a waitlist, beta or early-access product. Pre-release features are provided “as is”, may change or be discontinued, and may contain bugs. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.

The Services may let you export designs to formats such as SPICE and KiCad, or integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party software or for how exported files behave in real hardware. You are responsible for verifying any design before building it.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Antika Circuit is an educational and design tool and is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment or safety testing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antika Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Antika Labs harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
